Munting Pangarap Beach Resort in Quezon

 

1. Smoking: Smoking and drinking of liquor inside the room is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke at the porch area.

 

2. Cooking: Cooking , eating and drinking inside the room or veranda are strictly prohibited. Guest is required to rent the open cottage where you can take meals, eat and drink. Bringing in of uncooked foods inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. The resort has designated cooking and grilling area with no charge.

 

3. Standard Check In /Out: Day tour – 7am – 4pm | Overnight – 2pm – 12pm therefore the room will have to be completely cleared by check out time to give our housekeeping adequate time to clean the rooms for the next guests. Check out beyond 12pm will be charged an additional per hour.

 

4. Early Check In: A request must be made prior the arrival and is subject the availability. Guest is required to rent the open cottage as where you can stay until the room check in time. There are common showers around the resort which you can use if you would like to go swimming at the beach or swimming pool.

 

5. Late Check Out: For late check-out a request must be made at the Front Desk and is subject the availability. Additional fees per hour will be charged for all late check-out time.

 

6. Swimming Time 7AM – 10 PM: Extra hour can be arranged with prior permission secured. For safety reasons, DBR discourage to go swimming at the beach after 10PM otherwise swim at your own risk. The management assumes no liability for any injuries and accidents that may occur. Beach is closed at 10PM for safety and security purposes.

 

7. Be safety conscious: Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

 

8. Cleanliness. Guests are expected and forced to keep the resort surroundings and the beach clean. Guests are anticipated to avoid throwing junk anywhere other than the trash bins which are located within the resort premises. Vandalism on the facilities and theft will be penalized.

 

9. Rooms: Moving any room’s furniture is not allowed. Although linens are furnished, please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets as linens are not to be removed from the room. An initial supply of bathroom tissue and bath soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. Cleaning supplies are not provided. Bath towels should not brought out of the room. Charges will be imposed if the towel found missing upon check out. Do not hang towels, clothing or personal items from balconies or railings.

 

10. Be considerate to other guests: Do not make excessive noise after 11:00pm. Quiet time is 1:00 am to 6:00 a.m. Please understand noises carry through the resort.

 

11.  Take care of your valuables. The resort management is not liable for any loss or damages of guest belongings. When leaving room, make sure the room is locked. Please secure them properly.

 

12. The Guest is responsible for damages of facilities and or losses of equipments and beddings.

 

13. Occupying huts or tables which have been designated to other guests is not allowed and will be charged.

 

14. Bonfires are allowed only at designated areas and should set-up by authorized personnel to avoid accidental fires.
